**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized **Receptionist** to be the first point of contact for our company. The receptionist will manage the front desk, greet guests, answer calls, assist with administrative tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our office.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome guests, clients, and employees with a warm and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls or take accurate messages.
- Maintain the reception area, keeping it tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining office calendars.
- Support various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, printing, and document handling.
- Handle general inquiries about the company and direct them to appropriate departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal departments for facility and office support.
- Provide support for company events and meetings when required.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in administration or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Friendly and customer-focused personality.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
**How to Apply**:
Pay: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
