**Job Summary - Clinic Administrator (AHC Wellness Clinic)**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and check in patients, providing a professional and friendly first point of contact.
- Handle patient inquiries bothin personand over the **phone,** and manage **appointment schedulin**g using Jane App.
- Assist patients with direct billing and **insurance claims submission** through **Telus Health and other portals.**:

- **Process patient payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily transactions accurately.**:

- Maintain and update patient records in accordance with healthcare privacy regulations.
- Coordinate communication between patients and practitioners to ensure a seamless care experience.
- Maintain clinic organization and cleanliness to support an efficient, welcoming environment.
- Use Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) for internal scheduling and team coordination.
- Support the onboarding and training of new front desk team members.

**Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a front desk or administrative role within a healthcare or wellness setting is an asset.
- Familiarity with **direct billing platforms (e.g., Telus Health, Provider Connect)** and insurance claim procedures.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and appointment management systems (e.g., Jane App).
- Exceptional organization and multitasking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with a compassionate and professional demeanor.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold privacy standards in line with PHIPA/HIPAA.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment with multiple providers and patients.

**Work Schedule**
- **Evenings Monday to Friday (until 10:00 PM)**:

- **Weekends (Saturday and Sunday)**
