**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Help perform general laboratories tasks including, but not limited to: finding samples, transferring solutions, and solutions disposal.
- Maintain the cleanliness of department workstations and equipment.
- Neutralize laboratory waste and dispose of waste in accordance with the local waste disposal regulations.
- Recognize and learn to maintain safe working environment.
- Report any deviation from documented procedures to the supervisor.
- Inform supervisor of any non-conforming event related to client samples, analytical testing or other laboratory operations.
- Inform supervisor of any unsafe conditions.
- Act in a safe and professional manner and wear appropriate attire including require Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Some lifting is required, up to 50lbs.
- Perform other duties as required by Management.

Capable staff may have the opportunity to move into a lab technician role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
