**Role Summary**

Responsible for the Organizational Development strategy for a multi-faceted, integrated organization.

The role requires expertise in governance, competency management and change management at all levels of the organization to develop a best for program culture and solutions.

Proven track record implementing Organizational Development programs and initiatives including employee engagement, culture initiatives, leadership development programs, career paths and diversity and inclusion.
- Provide consulting and coaching to leaders and organizational partners on transformational change and other organizational development opportunities.
- Partner with the senior leadership team (SLT) to establish the team’s vision and behavioral charter, and road map for adoption across the team.
- Conduct a RACI Matrix for the critical job functions, as per the program schedule.
- Develop an Organizational Development strategy to address current organizational gaps, augmenting the findings from the P3M3 assessment, with a detailed review of the integrated project controls across key program management disciplines and validating target maturity and priority areas with the leadership team.
- Develop and implement of a Governance Framework supported by policies and procedures in multiple disciplines.
- Develop and implement a Competency Matrix reflecting the competencies required across multi-disciplinary functions, and the roles that sit within them.
- Develop and implement a Training Matrix across key functional areas of the organization.
- Collaborate with leaders and other organizational stakeholders and partners to analyze complex program issues and develop objectives and opportunities to enhance performance.

- Design, implement and evaluate strategies and initiatives to continuously enhance individual, team, and program effectiveness, stimulate employee engagement and retention, promote learning and facilitates change including teambuilding, visioning, strategic planning, transformational change and transition management.
- Lead the Organizational Development team and other organizational stakeholders and partners to design and develop learning solutions using a variety of training modalities. Deliver training and evaluate program quality and effectiveness.
- Research and monitor trends in learning & development and organization development and assess impact, fit and benefits to the organization. Impart knowledge and best practices on stakeholders and organizational partners.
- Support talent management activities including talent assessments, development planning, succession planning, career paths, cultural initiatives, performance management, engagement and retention as required.
- Lead and contribute to projects and programs as assigned.

**Qualifications**

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Adult Education, or related field

**Years of experience**: 12+ years

**Technical Competencies**:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Organizational Development, Organizational Design, Learning Development, Human Resources Programs and Employee Communications.
- Proven track record of implementing Organizational Development programs and initiatives including employee engagement, workplace culture, leadership development, learning development and diversity and inclusion.
- Knowledge of organizational change management.
- Experience in hyper-growth and publicly traded organization an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating training sessions, webinars, and blended learning.
