Ironclad Properties Inc. is seeking a dedicated Property Manager for our new construction build in Bear Mountain to oversee all aspects of residential property management. The position will commence in February 2026. Success in this role requires strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, along with relevant property management experience and valid licensing in BC.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and execute move-ins and move-outs
- Conduct suite inspections before and after tenancy
- Deliver high-level customer service to residents and prospects
- Handle resident concerns professionally and efficiently
- Collect rent and follow up on arrears
- Ensure accurate tenant records and lease documentation
- Maintain a clean, professional, and organized on-site office
- Oversee overall property maintenance
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and professional manner
- Track preventative and reactive maintenance
- Coordinate and manage cleaning staff and vendor services
- Ensure the property's curb appeal is consistently maintained
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and functionality of amenity spaces, common areas, and exterior grounds
- Conduct monthly property inspections
- Conduct annual comprehensive inspections
- Ensure compliance with building standards, safety requirements, and internal policies

Skills and Experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in a residential property management role
- Proven experience in tenant relations, leasing activity, building operations, and managing vendors and on-site staff
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to manage staff, vendors, and multiple priorities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with property management software (an asset)
- Active Property Manager’s License in BC, or successful completion of the Rental Property Management Course through the BC Financial Services Authority within the past two (2) years
- Must remain in good standing with all licensing requirements throughout employment
