**Summary**

We are seeking a dedicated Home Inspector to join Verity Construction in Victoria, BC. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the quality and safety of residential properties through detailed inspections. Your role will support our mission to deliver top-tier construction projects that meet the highest standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess structural integrity and compliance with building codes.
- Collect and analyze data related to construction quality and safety.
- Review blueprints and schematics to verify adherence to design specifications.
- Document inspection findings accurately and prepare detailed reports.
- Collaborate with construction teams to address identified issues promptly.
- Ensure all inspections meet regulatory standards and company quality benchmarks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing insights from inspections.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction inspection or related field.
- Strong analysis skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting findings clearly.
- Certification as a home inspector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
