**Truck Team Members - Customer Service & Physical Labor**

**Full-time & Part-time at our Victoria office**:

- **Flexible Hours**: Various shifts are available. We operate Mon-Sun from 7 am - 6 pm and offer compressed workweeks (F/T hours in 4 days).
- **Expected pay**: Base wage of **$18 -**make up to $30**/**hr** with our generous profit share + tips program

We are hiring immediately for our busy summer season and for permanent positions Whether you want to work part-time (2-days/week) or want full-time (work your full-time hours over 4-days and have 3-days off every week), we can offer the schedule that works for you. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the position:

- Each shift starts at our Langford office where you’ll be matched up with your truck team and given your service routes for the day. No two days are the same - you’ll love the variety.
- You’ll head out in our shiny blue trucks to visit customers’ homes and properties and take away their unwanted items while leaving smiles on their faces and you’ll stay in shape
- You’ll contribute to a better community by disposing of items responsibly through our recycling, donating and waste management facilities and keeping as much out of landfills as possible.

About you:

- 19+ years of age (for insurance purposes)
- A valid standard driver's license and clean driving record
- Available 1 day over the weekends
- Reliable, hard-working, and a great attitude
- Previous customer service, labor, or sales experience an asset
- Able to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedly throughout each day
