**Manufacturing Inside Sales/ Purchaser**

**PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION**

Act as a liaison between NTS Amega Global and Customers for the manufacturing or repair of Downhole Tools.

**PRIMARY DUTIES**
- Respond to inquiries for quotes on new manufacturing, repair of tools and material requests.
- Coordinate the final quote with QA, Planning, Materials, Programming and Production.
- Review inventory levels.
- Issue purchase orders/tool requests and send customer acknowledgement of acceptance.
- Assist with planning for materials as per customer needs and communicate to purchasing.
- Discuss customers’ delivery schedules with Operations.
- Start to finish processing of outside processing purchase orders, including quoting and vendor interaction, sending open order reports, and following through until the order is shipped.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand geometric tolerancing.
- Knowledge of drilling tool processing preferred.
- Other responsibilities as defined in Information Management System or direct supervisor.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
- 2+ years of customer service/inside sales experience.
- Experience in manufacturing or manufacturing engineering a plus.
- Ability to read and understand manufacturing drawings.
- Experience with supply management and inventory a plus.
- Must be able to use Microsoft office products proficiently (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Requires good verbal communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, ability to use good judgment.
- Will require interface with internal/external customers and vendors.
