As an Inside Sales Representative, your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate pricing and delivery quotation for inventory products and manufactured components for sales and customers.
- Provide information directly to sales and customers as required.
- Complete data entry of sales and purchase orders accurately.
- Ability to answer customer questions regarding, pricing, delivery and order status information
- Responsible for contacting vendors to inquire on product pricing and maintaining vendor relationships.
- Responsible for contacting customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any potential customer issues
- Responsible for issuing orders for production, ensure order accuracy and availability of inventory.
- Responsible for issuing purchase orders to fulfill manufacturing requirements with all appropriate documentation and monitoring production to meet delivery expectations.
- Create manufacturing part/product codes and BOMs in Fishbowl.
- Responsible for monitoring inventory levels for thread protectors and ensure they are ordered accurately when necessary.
- Create and/or assist in the creation of reports to properly document purchased product non-conformances.
- Responsible for issuing Certificates of Conformance and other QC documents, including NCR’s.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- 0-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory control, or inside sales capacity,
- Well versed in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the willingness and ability to work as part of a dynamic goal-oriented team environment.
- Able to train in a high paced, exciting, and challenging environment
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal

**Considered an Asset**:

- Experience in oil & gas industry.
- Exposure to machine shop environment, products and vendors
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop customer relationships and product knowledge to achieve sales targets and provide seamless customer service
- Ability to define customer specifications and needs in order to support in providing quote on an engineering product
- Experience with Fishbowl software

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
