**Position Overview**: The Job Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the scheduling and coordination of all job activities related to countertop installation projects. This role ensures that all tasks are completed on time, and to the highest quality standards. The Job Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, and builders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Coordination**:
- Schedule and coordinate all phases of countertop installation projects from the initial template measurement to final installation.
- Ensure all materials and resources are entered accurate for each project.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and in-house teams to ensure readiness for installation of countertops.
**Client Communication**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure client satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering high-quality service.
**Scheduling and Planning**:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including timelines for each phase of the installation process.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
**Quality Control**:
- Review installation photos to ensure installations meet company standards and client expectations.
- Address any quality issues promptly and work with the team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company policies.
**Documentation and Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of project details, including contracts, or change orders/ PO.
- Prepare regular updates on project status, including progress, delays, and any issues encountered.
**Team Collaboration**:
- Work closely with sales, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Provide training and support to team members as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or University degree; additional education in construction management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of countertop materials and installation processes is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred working knowledge of Auto CAD
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
