Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating 4 service technicians to perform preventative maintenance & emergency service for 250+ clients using Field Managmeent software.

**Duties**:

- Coordinate service appointments and schedule technicians accordingly
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns and resolving issues
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions
- Create preventative maintenance contracts specifiend to customer's needs
- Order parts as required to complete jobs
- Maintain accurate records for eqiupment in company CRM & Excel
- Utilize computerized systems to input and retrieve information

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in trades/serice industry is an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping and documentation
- Strong computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
