The Employee Engagement Coordinator, will play a key role in supporting short-term engagement initiatives, including seasonal events, employee recognition efforts, and EDI-focused activities. The Employee Engagement Coordinator will also contribute to administrative support for special projects and help prepare materials that enhance future engagement efforts.

**What You Will Do**
- **Supporting Short-Term Employee Engagement Activities**:

- Assist in planning and executing specific, time-limited engagement initiatives, such as seasonal or summer events and activities.
- Provide logístical support to social committees by preparing event materials, tracking RSVPs, and ensuring the smooth delivery of planned events during the summer months.
- Help compile and organize employee feedback for ongoing engagement projects, ensuring timely input for future planning.
- **Advancing Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Efforts**:

- Support short-term EDI-focused events such as summer Pride initiatives, Indigenous cultural observances, or local cultural celebrations.
- Help with scheduling and preparation for cultural advisory meetings, including creating agendas and documenting discussions to support ongoing initiatives.
- Contribute ideas for inclusive summer activities that reflect employee diversity and align with organizational priorities.
- **Facilitating Seasonal Employee Recognition Efforts**:

- Assist in recognizing employees for summer achievements, milestones, and other key events during the 3-4 month term.
- Help prepare materials and communication for summer-specific recognition efforts, such as celebrations for work anniversaries or seasonal appreciation events.
- **Mission Ambassador Program Support (Short-Term Contributions)**:

- Provide temporary administrative assistance for Mission Ambassador onboarding or training scheduled during the summer period.
- Help coordinate communications and track progress of Mission Ambassado
