**Job description**

Gateway Visual Communications, a division of Rileys Enterprise Solutions Inc., is looking to hire a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Experience Associate to join our team at our Mississauga facility.

**Responsibilities**:

- Field customer queries regarding production and shipping. Answer phones and redirect calls as required.
- Provide timely quotations to printing-trade clients and “house” accounts.
- Convert quotes prepared by Sales Executives into production orders and coordinate with production staff to ensure on-time completion of client orders
- Assist Sales Executives with third party sub-trade quotations. Place orders with sub-trade vendors, prepare purchase orders and arrange pickup of these completed orders.
- Provide sales consultation regarding promotional materials. Secure wholesale pricing and place orders with appropriate promotional material vendors. Track order status, arrange pickup and shipment of orders.
- Review and approve promotional material vendor’s invoices and sub-trade vendor's invoices for payment.
- QC orders and facilitate shipment to customer. Provide notification of shipment to the customer and Sales Executive.

**Prerequisites**:

- Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to take direction, work collaboratively and accurately follow instructions.

**Additional Assets**:

- Experience with online courier shipping.
- Preproduction and printing experience.
- Graphics and colour theory, marketing and sales experience.

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)

- Day Shift (required)
