**CSR, Back Office**

**This position reports to the Asst. Manager-Back Office/Manager-Back Office/VP-Back Office and is primarily responsible for performing the following functions**:
**Roles & Responsibilities of CSR**
- Awareness of the Policies, Guidelines & Procedures of the Bank and ensure compliance and adherence.
- Conducting customer due diligence in accordance with the procedures of the bank.
- Carrying out risk assessments while opening new accounts.
- Handling calls on Toll Free Number. Answer enquiries courteously and resolve any issue related to customer account
- Work collaboratively with other team members
- Outward mail/ Dispatch
- CSR will have to carry out the functions as required in the regular course of day-to-day banking
- Complete any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
