Csr (Customer Service Representative)

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Pearson Airport location. The CSR supports the efforts to consistently surpass our customer and client expectations by providing a superior customer service experience. They will assist customers with the processing and payment of their parking and any additional services they may have received.
**What Would You Be Doing?**
- Greet, welcome, and assist customers with any questions or inquiries
- Process customer transactions using a variety of payment methods in a quick and accurate manner
- Inform and advise customers and clients on our products and services
- Support customers with their use and navigation of the parking facilities and equipment
- Ensure that all defective ticket outputs are validated before allowing the customer to exit the premises
- Keep customer service booth tidy including organizing valet keys to deliver an efficient customer experience
- Record and track information for all incoming and outgoing valet and car care vehicles
- Other duties as requested
**What Are the Working Conditions?**
- Operation may run 7 days a week, 24 hours a day
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
**What Are We Looking For?**
- Minimum 2-3 years of customer service experience is required
- Strong communication skills with an open attitude to take direction and feedback
- Proven customer service-oriented attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who can work independently with mínimal supervision
- Bilingualism (English and French) is a strong asset
- Results-oriented individual with a concern for accuracy and customer relations
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
