Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a Tracking and Tracing Customer Service Representative (CSR), with work based in Mississauga, ON, combined with some remote work flexibility. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries regarding shipment tracking and tracing, ensuring accurate status updates and timely issue resolutions. This role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, resolving challenges, updating records, and monitoring shipment progress to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborating with internal teams to provide seamless customer support will also be a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience ensuring exceptional Customer Experience and maintaining lasting client relationships
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
  • Previous experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field is an asset
