**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Perform bank & Credit Card reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Manage payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employees.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks, including invoicing and payment processing.
- Utilize accounting software, particularly QuickBooks, for various financial reporting and record-keeping tasks.
- Support account reconciliation efforts to maintain accurate financial statements.
- Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, creating virtual and physical files and maintaining filing systems.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on financial tasks is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software, especially QuickBooks, is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, budgeting, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, account analysis, and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar tools.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $19.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
