**The Routine**
- Source + qualify new sales opportunities.
- Understand MaxSold’s diverse value proposition in order to effectively convert new B2B partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with target accounts and qualified leads.
- Understand target accounts and act as a strategic partner in advising on best practices and onboarding.
- Contribute to the department’s ongoing efforts to refine outbound prospecting strategies.
- Keep MaxSold’s management informed by maintaining accurate and thorough records and reporting on challenges, successes, and progress against the plan.
- Successful sales experience required, in which you demonstrated the ability to crush sales quotas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment.
- The desire to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
- The technical aptitude to master our SaaS tools.
- The drive to be a self-starter.
- The ability to deal with objections
