**Job Summary**

Castledowns Medical and Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated **Medical Office Assistant (MOA)** to join our team in a **unique dual-role position**.

This is a **hybrid role** that combines traditional medical office duties — such as rooming patients, managing appointments, and supporting physicians — with the opportunity to engage patients in our growing **medical aesthetics department**, **Castledowns Laser & Aesthetics**, located inside the clinic.

**Job Type**
- Full-Time
- 30 hours/week

**Hours**
- **Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM**:

- No evenings or weekends

**Compensation**
- **$18-$24/hour**, based on experience
- **Commission** on successful aesthetics referrals

**Key Responsibilities**
- Medical Office Duties:_
- Greet and check-in patients with professionalism and warmth
- Manage scheduling, phone calls, and appointment bookings
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Room patients, take vitals, and assist physicians as needed
- Process billing, referrals, and maintain clean exam areas
- Aesthetics Integration:_
- Learn about our medical aesthetics procedures (e.g., laser, skin tightening, microneedling)
- Introduce patients to our aesthetics services during rooming or check-in
- Answer basic questions and encourage consultations or bookings
- Earn **commission** for every successful aesthetics referral you generate

**Qualifications**
- MOA certification or equivalent experience
- Experience in a medical or clinical setting preferred
- **Familiarity with HealthQuest EMR is a strong asset**:

- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Willingness to learn and confidently discuss aesthetic treatments (training provided)
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
