**Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Administer HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization.
- Implement new performance management system
- Manage compensation and benefit programs
- Utilize HRIS system for maintaining employee records and generating reports.
- Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate training programs and performance management processes to enhance employee development.
- Assist with office administration activities as required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role in a manufacturing or technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of HRIS systems; experience with BambooHR highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
