**Summary**

Bear Mountain Activity Centre is seeking an Activity Center Associate to join our team. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for our members and guests, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding experiences in a beautiful resort setting.

**Qualifications - Key Attributes**
- Experience working in a gym setting with some knowledge of fitness and equipment.
- BCRPA or related certification would be considered an asset.
- Lifeguarding experience would be considered an asset but not required.
- Current Standard First Aid CPR/AED Level C
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and client management systems is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- A passion for fitness and creating memorable experiences for members.

**Call-To-Action**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 40 per week
