Manage the day-to-day activities of the front desk

Assist in scheduling staff

Performing training and perfromance management for the team

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival

Verify reservations, collect payment, assign rooms, and address guest needs

Maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate records of guest interactions and transactions

Answer calls, make reservations, and act as concierge

Foster communication with other departments and promote loyalty programs

Handle escalations of guest complaints and assist the team with decision making and problem solving

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently, but also as part of the front desk team

**Qualifications**
- Customer service experience in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in front desk operations and multi-line phone systems
- Strong background in guest services and hospitality industry
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Multilingual or bilingual skills preferred
- Demonstrated phone etiquette
- Prior experience in hotel management or similar role

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
