Bear Mountain Golf and Tennis is seeking energetic, motivated individuals to join our fast growing food and beverage team to work within a resort environment as On Course and Poolside Servers. **Responsibilities of On Course F&B Server include but are not limited to**:

- Providing energetic, exceptional service to all of our guests to ensure they have a remarkable experience.
- Proactively assisting customers and processing purchases.
- Safely operate beverage cart units
- Organizing food and beverage outlets and ensure properly stocked for the day.
- Ability to effectively multi-task and willingness to work in all aspects of golf and tennis operations.
- Facilitate food and beverage sales on beverage cart and course outlets.
- Operate BBQ and prepare basic food options.
- Accurately ring in charges through POS system and ensure payments are secured.

**Duties**:

- Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen or bar staff
- Serving food
- Serving alcohol
- Prep or side work
- Preparing bill and processing payment
- Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes
- Reconciling daily cash transactions

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous food and beverage experience (server)
- Experience in the golf or tennis industry considered an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and a positive attitude are a MUST.
- Detail oriented, extremely organized and self-motivated.
- Serve it Right Certificate and Food Safe required
- Valid BC Driver’s License required

This is a seasonal position that requires weekday and weekend shifts.
