It is through such commitment that Ambrosia Natural Foods now operates 3 locations across the GTA; **Thornhill (55 Doncaster), **Vaughan (57 Northview Blvd) and Toronto (1725 Avenue Rd).

We are seeking a full-time, day-time, Monday to Friday, Human Resources Coordinator to facilitate all aspects of HR within Ambrosia Natural Foods.

**In this role you will**
- Onboard employees: issue offer letters; ensure paperwork is completed correctly; input new employees into ADP Workforce Now; provide employee information to the appropriate store and department.
- Help to maintain positive employee relations and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Maintain up-to-date records: job description summaries, leaves of absence, returns to work, departures, salary updates, WSIB forms, promotions, address changes, bank information changes, etc.
- Assist departments on termination processes and provide termination letters.
- Receive various employee concerns and work with management to investigate and resolve employee relations matters.
- Respond to general inquiries from management and employees regarding HR policies, vacation entitlements, absences, salaries, start dates, password resets
- Maintain and update HR Policies and Procedures
- Enroll and administer benefits to eligible employees
- Other duties as assigned by the District Manager

**Skills & Requirements**
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience
- Degree or Certification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is an asset
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resources experience and/or recruiting experience
- CHRP/CHRL Designation is an asset
- ADP Workforce Now experience is an asset
- Knowledge of relevant Employment Law including ESA, OHRC, OHSA, AODA etc.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to maintain a high level of ethical and professional standards
- Valid driver’s license
- **Must be willing and able to commute to all 3 store locations (Thornhill, Vaughan and Toronto) on a weekly basis**
