**Key Responsibilities**:
**Server Duties**:
Greet and seat guests, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and bar areas.
Handle payments and transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

**Booking Agent Duties**:
Identify and reach out to potential bands and artists for live performances.
Coordinate and schedule performances, ensuring a diverse and engaging lineup.
Negotiate contracts and fees with artists through the JumpAttack Booking agency.
Promote upcoming events through various channels, including social media and our venue's website.
Maintain relationships with artists, managers, and agents to foster future bookings.
Opportunity to grow income by booking artists for all our other venues and signing artists.

**Required Qualifications and Experience**:
Previous experience as a server in a busy restaurant or bar.
Strong knowledge of the live music scene and experience in booking or event management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in using reservation and booking software.
A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Hospitality service and management experience.
Basic knowledge of sound technician duties.
Previous band booking experience.
Established connections within the local and national music industry.
Marketing and promotional skills.
