We are responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of residential & mixed-use properties in our portfolio. Combining our obsession with technology and an unwavering passion for creating vibrant rental and strata communities, we provide community management with heart.
We are searching for a dynamic individual to become the next Leasing Agent of a luxury rental building at the downtown of New Westminster. The individual shall be responsible for leasing of the rental units.

**Responsibilities**:
Advertise vacant units on effective platforms and sources
Produce updated photos and video segments of vacant units
Respond to incoming leads and identify their needs
Book viewings of suites, tour the property and interview prospective tenants
Accurately complete necessary documentation for processing
Comply with regulations as contained in the Residential Tenancy Act
Other duties as may be required from time to time

**Qualifications**:
Demonstrated ability for closing at a high ratio
Strong understanding of the sales cycle
Working knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act would be considered an asset
Motivated and professional with a service-oriented mindset
Excellent communicator; both verbal and written
Strong interpersonal skills
Organized and detail oriented
Reliable and results-oriented
