We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and selling tailor made itineraries. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, offering expert advice and recommendations to create personalized travel itineraries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Listen to clients' needs and preferences to create personalized travel itineraries
- Offer expert advice and recommendations on destinations, attractions, and travel options
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the booking process and during travel
- Stay updated on travel industry trends, destinations, and products to provide accurate and relevant information to clients
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client profiles in the booking system

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in the travel industry as a travel agent or similar role preferred
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with booking systems and travel-related software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- English/Spanish/French
