- Working experience in a sales role with previous experience developing inquiries to generate new prospects and have the ability to run with and close a sale.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop new sales channels via client referrals etc.
- The ability to build their own book of business.
- Ability to work independently without daily hands-on supervision
- High degree of professionalism with excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
- Strong Computer Proficiency required.
- Strong ability to take ownership and proactively resolve issues & exercise good judgement.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Understanding of the Sales/Marketing connection with the ability to work within a team.
- Experience in the promotional products industry is an asset.

Base & Commission: This position starts with a base pay for the training period of 6 months and is transitioned into a full commission role.
