**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategic Planning & Sales**:
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve B2B sales targets.
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities within the industry through research and analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospects by recommending tailored solutions.
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Maintain long-term client relationships by providing guidance, support, and recommendations for new opportunities and improvements.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of company products to customers effectively.
- **Market Representation & Analysis**:
- Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
- Plan and execute channel marketing programs to drive growth.
- Provide detailed reports, forecasts, and marketing insights to the management team.
- **Quality & Team Collaboration**:
- Ensure high-quality service standards within the organization.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure exceptional customer support and satisfaction.
- Contribute to team efforts to achieve organizational goals.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education & Experience**:
- Post-secondary education is required.
- 5+ years of experience in IT B2B sales is a strong asset.
- Technical background in networking and familiarity with the Canadian B2B market are preferred.
- **Skills**:
- Strategic planning, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in time management and task prioritization.
- Effective cold calling and account management skills to drive new business.
- **Market Understanding**:
- Strong grasp of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build lasting rapport with clients and partners.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
- B2B Inside Sales: 3 years (required)
- Technical background in Networking: 1 year (preferred)
