**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**

We are seeking an experience professional with experience in landscape installation, particularly in softscape construction, who exhibits strong work ethic and leadership skills. As a Supervisor, you will play an important role in assigning work, ensuring top-notch service, and upholding a safe work environment.
- Execute the Project Schedule in Aspire by tasking landscapers on the crew and adapting to changes.
- Communicate schedule changes with staff in advance of the workday.
- Track employee time and complete work tickets for each job site.
- Supervise crew to ensure quality and efficiency and take detailed site notes.
- Address any crew concerns promptly and keep the team informed of any work issues.
- Monitoring site safety, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Adhere the Premier Landscaping code of conduct.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- A natural ability to relate to others and appreciate individual differences.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Landscape Install Foreman or equivalent position.
- Training as a landscape technician, horticulturist, or in a related field.
- Strong communication skills for training and supervising landscapers.
- Attention to detail to minimize errors and meet client and company standards.
- Experience with softscape and an eye for aesthetics.

- Strong organizational prowess and time management abilities to handle competing priorities and thrive in dynamic work environment.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
