**eCommerce Operation Administrator**
Job responsibilities includes:
Coordinate with central customer service, finance manager to complete parts/unit replacement, refunds inquiries in timely fashion.
Keeping customer service parts log and prepare/mailing customer service parts.
Gate keeper on escalated customer service request logs and staff expense approval process.
Various office administrative tasks as assigned to support overall business growth.
Help onboarding new staff with supplies and equipment.
Maintain and monitor renewals/subscriptions of licenses, software, website domains and patents.
Primary liaison with 3rd party services including IT, Internet services, office maintenance, landlord etc.
Data entry - compile, enter, check and reconcile data.
Database management - maintain company contacts and other databases
Assist to putting company operation protocols/handbooks/guide together.
Undertake projects as assigned
**Requirements and Other Competencies**:
Minimum 2 years related experience providing administrative, clerical, secretarial, project management or office support.
Completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree
Highly proficient English communication skills, both written and oral
Superb organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks completing each in a timely manner
Ability to exercise good judgment, discretion and tact
High-level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
Coachable and adaptable to change in a fast-paced business environment while being able to meet deadlines consistently.
Persistent & proactive self-starter with mínimal direct supervision
Have the discipline to follow company guidelines and procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills, and not shy to seek advice and help to problem solve.
**Salary**: From $55,000.00 per year
