**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide administrative support to the construction and property management team, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, subcontractors, and various construction service providers.
- Prepare and manage essential documents, including change leases, orders, purchase orders (POs), service agreements, and subcontracts.
- Perform general office duties such as setting up filing systems, data entry, typing, copying, and ordering office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating property management maintenance schedules, ensuring timely and effective service.
- Support the leadership team, property managers, and building operations staff with tasks such as preparation and monitoring of POs, vendor communication, and accounts receivable support.
- Liaise with tenants regarding operational matters, ensuring positive and professional customer relations.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in construction or property management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Suite an asset.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
