**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Plan, design, and **develop robust Salesforce solutions** using a combination of declarative and programmatic tools (Creating Fields, Objects, Actions, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission sets, Processes, Flows, and Validation Rules.
- Stay updated on the latest trends within the Salesforce ecosystem, progressing along the **Salesforce Certification** path.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional Salesforce services and maintain high-quality standards.
- Act as the SME for Salesforce clients, maintaining and fostering excellent relationships while promptly addressing any issues or queries.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform to **provide strategic guidance** to clients and internally to enhance the company's offerings.
- Monitor and manage client accounts, identifying opportunities for both expansion and retention.
- Contribute to the team's growth strategy, identifying avenues to expand the range and quality of **Salesforce support services.**:
- Train and mentor team members, instilling Salesforce best practices and encouraging continuous learning within the team.
**Knowledge, Education & Experience Required**
- Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on, **practical experience** in **Salesforce administration**:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role with a solid understanding of Salesforce Sales and Service Clouds.
- Salesforce Certified Associate or Administrator
- Hands-on experience with Flows within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience in Salesforce REST / SOAP Web Services, Event and Bulk API.
- Familiarity with core technologies and programming languages: Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS, with additional experience considered advantageous.
**Bonus Skills: (not required but will get you noticed)**
- Salesforce Order Management Admin or Developer.
- Salesforce Platform Developer Certification.
- Practical experience in custom development using Apex, LWC & Visualforce.
- Experience and certification with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omni Studio, and Industry Clouds (e.g., Consumer Goods Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud).
- Knowledge of Apex, Data Loader and Salesforce DX.
