**Position Location**: Hybrid, in office Tuesday & Wednesday at 100 Dundas Street, London, ON

In your role as Project Administrator your main goal is to support our Client Project Managers by coordinating project activities related to any and all projects. You will report to the Manager, Managed Services and will be an integral part of the unbelievably awesome Managed Services team.
**Responsibilities**
- Effectively communicate with our Client Project Managers, Sales Team and Clients- Assists Client Project Manager with the successful full cycle of assigned projects; from initiation to completion- Creating and posting jobs to the Voices website, sending audition short lists to clients for review and creating quotes to provide accurate information to customers.- Ensures all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal project management software- Establish solid rapport and maintain contact with clients- Ensure required talent forms are completed and all other required documents are obtained from client- Acts as a liaison between the customer and Client Project Manager to ensure project success- Address questions/concerns throughout the project- Perform tasks required by the Client Project Manager in support of project needs- Be aware of all aspects of the scopes of work so proper assistance to the Client Project Manager can be provided- Responsible to track project changes and produces updated schedules- Review project information and compile schedules in a timely manner- Tracks the progress of all new and ongoing projects and maintains up-to-date notes- Organize, compile and submit support documentation on completion of project
- Submit any required information to the client as directed by the Client Project Manager
**Skills Required**:
- Manage sensitive information appropriately and maintain confidentiality- Strong aptitude to work within deadlines- Extremely comfortable with calling and speaking with customers over the phone as well as clear written communication.- Knowledge of planning and scheduling techniques.- Dependable, reliable, ambitious and driven.- Experience with “Google Apps for Work” and Salesforce considered an asset.- Experience with Asana considered an asset- Experience with assisting Project Managers an asset
- Personable, approachable and friendly, but with a professional edge.
**Educational Requirements**
- College diploma in Communications, Business Administration or equivalent.- On-the-job training at a similar customer service position.
- Absolutely stellar customer service skills.
