**Job Title: Benefits Administrator**

As an Administrative Benefits Administrator at VIVID Insurance, you will be a pivotal team member responsible for servicing client relationships and overseeing administrative processes. This role is well-suited for an individual with a strong background in client services and administration, eager to grow in the employee benefits industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

**New Business**:

- Serve as a liaison with insurance carriers to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the VIVID team to create customized client proposals, including developing marketing rate spreadsheets.
- Take charge of new group enrollment and onboarding processes.

**Service**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on benefit plans and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Facilitate enrollment and termination processes for employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide ongoing experience reporting to major clients.

**Renewal**:

- Lead negotiations with insurance carriers to secure the best possible renewal terms for clients.
- Prepare comprehensive renewal reports outlining current coverage, potential enhancements, and any rate changes.
- Arrange client meetings for advisors to discuss renewal options.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing meeting packages, including quotes and drafting presentations.
- Prepare policy contracts and relevant documents for submission to insurance carriers.
- Handle client correspondence related to beneficiary changes, banking updates, and claims processing.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative/client service role
- Desire to complete CEBS Designation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, is preferred.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to take ownership and solve problems independently.

**Compensation**
- Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
- Bonus compensation up to 10% of the base salary

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
