**What You'll Do**:

- Key invoices and payments with accuracy and efficiency
- Investigate and resolve past due invoices and unapplied payments
- Review and approve transactions to ensure they meet company guidelines
- Create and update vendor accounts as necessary
- Complete payment runs, including printing cheques and processing wire and Paycargo payments
- Reconcile creditor accounts to maintain financial accuracy
- Lead and execute projects, providing reports on outcomes to management
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to company policies and safety regulations
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management
