**Job Description**:
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Provide support for team members and customers alike, and contribute to the overall vision and sales objectives of the store
- Lead the visual direction for the store and collaborating with the leadership team to drive brand loyalty and sales by presenting an outstanding store environment
- Collaborate with other Customer Experience Managers to plan and implement all merchandising activities for their areas of responsibility
- Partner with the Home Office Visual Merchandising team to maintain the integrity of the Indigo brand
- Ensure the store is well-run, well-merchandised and well-staffed
- Attract, hire, retain and develop talented and passionate Customer Experience Representatives
- Maintain performance management records
- Engage and inspire our customers on the floor
- Make meaningful connections
- Create a warm and welcoming environment in our stores
- Leverage our product to tell stories
- Add joy to our customers’ lives
- Curate specific product collections for each customer you meet

**Qualifications**:
WHO YOU ARE
- 2 + year of management or leadership experience with demonstrable skills and success in leading and developing others
- Experience in retail or the services sector
- Visual merchandising experience
- Proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods of time
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift medium to large items, up to 40 pounds, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques
- Experience and aptitude for understanding product flow and inventory systems

- Bilingualism (French/English) is required for all positions in Québec
