The Manager, Enterprise Systems Product Manager will join our Enterprise Systems Team to primarily support our internal business teams, including but not limited to RevOps, Marketing, Finance and Customer Support. This is a critical role, supporting teams who can help Scale our business, implement and manage business systems like Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, Avalara Tax, and other apps to support our rapidly growing customer base.
Responsibilities will include managing a team of Product Managers, prioritization of business requirements, strategic roadmap creation, managing the end to end process using JIRA and tracking progress of our SaaS solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assess business process needs and identify technical capabilities needed.
- Experience managing and coaching other Product Managers and driving systems strategy
- Strong JIRA experience. Ability to create clear stories with all the details. Track and report project status using JIRA and Confluence to stakeholders and management teams
- Articulate significant gaps between current state versus desired future state, and drive towards closing the gap
- Elicit requirements, and prepare specifications, business processes, & recommendations
- Communicate project and initiative status to management, and elevate concerns to appropriate internal project sponsors
- Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications, business process flow design, and recommendations on scope
- Ensure deliverables meet technical requirements as well as business expectations and brings forward recommendations on projects to achieve even greater results
- Ensure existing and proposed solutions are scalable while meeting overall business requirements.
- Act as a liaison between the Technical team, Functional team, Business Functions, and External Vendors
- Ability to Prioritize multiple tasks effectively and deliver the results in a timely manner
- Someone with Good understanding of Business requirements and converting it to solutions for the Development team.
- Experience with Agile software development environment
**Requirements**_:_**
- 5+ years' experience as a Product Manager/Business Analyst with Strong analytical problem-solving skills and Detailed oriented.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Clouds, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Billing is a must
- Ability to organize, specify, and model requirements to ensure they are complete and support global needs.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tracking and management tools.
- Experience with Finance Systems like Netsuite, Avalara etc is preferred
- Experience with Marketing Tech Stack like Marketo, LeanData, Pendo, Segment etc is preferred
