**What you’ll be doing as an Accounts Payable Clerk**
- Full cycle Accounts Payable
- Receive invoices and upload to job management software
- Matching Work Orders/Purchase Orders to invoices, coding invoices, data entry
- Processing cheques, EFT's, Wire Transfers, and E-transfers
- Resolving A/P issues, reconciling vendor statements
- Reconciling sub-ledger to G/L
- Work with the Controller to manage cash flow
- Other administrative tasks as required

**You have**
- 4+ years experience in a high-volume AP role
- Relevant training, certificates and courses are considered beneficial
- Experience in the construction or restoration industry is considered beneficial
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and pivot table experience
- Experience working with MS Dynamics/NAV is considered an asset
- Extremely high level of attention to detail
- Strong and professional verbal and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and take ownership of tasks

Our Coquitlam, BC office with some opportunity to work from home

**When**

Typical office hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm
