**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain computer and Human Resources Management systems by updating and entering employee data, performance reviews, file reviews, investigations and disciplinary actions etc.
- Maintain Attendance by tracking: personal medical, job abandonment, and terminations and resignations
- Manage probationary employees by tracking their reviews and wage adjustments
- Maintain a presence at all plants with routine visits to all facilities.
- Elevate employee morale, loyalty, health and pride through promotions, events, activities and guidance.
- Communicate with and assist employees with processes to resolve issues within their workplace, acting as a careful listener with a focus on job satisfaction and positive employee attitude.
- Support and direct all Supervisors in their administrative and communication responsibilities.
- Ensure all HR requirements in the areas are carried out professionally and efficiently in accordance with legislation and Orlick Policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
