**Overview**
ESW Building Services Inc. is seeking a **Project Estimator** to join our team and provide critical insight during the planning phase of our projects. In this role, you will focus on analyzing project requirements, evaluating costs, and supporting strategic decisions to ensure projects remain on budget and aligned with client expectations. This position is ideal for someone who combines a strong understanding of construction processes with sharp analytical and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop detailed project cost breakdowns, including materials, labor, and overhead, to guide planning decisions.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documentation to prepare accurate time, cost, and resource estimates.
- Collaborate with project teams to create realistic project budgets and schedules.
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Continuously track project costs, updating forecasts as projects progress.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, adjustments, and communications for reference and reporting purposes.

- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction estimating practices and cost analysis methodologies.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements with vendors and subcontractors.
