**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate the preparation of project estimates by gathering necessary information from various sources.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure all aspects of the project are considered in the estimating process.
- Negotiate pricing with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best possible rates for materials and services.
- Review plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates.
- Maintain organized records of all estimates, revisions, and communications related to pricing.
- Assist in developing bid proposals and presentations for clients.
- Monitor industry trends and pricing changes to keep estimates competitive.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in construction estimating or a related field is preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or similar estimating software is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills to ensure accuracy in estimates.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information to stakeholders.
