**Position Overview**

As an **Estimator**, you will be responsible for preparing accurate, timely project estimates and budgets. You will work closely with project managers and engineers, negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensure cost-effective project execution.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Cost Estimation**: Develop accurate estimates for materials, labor, and equipment based on project documents.
- **Collaboration**: Partner with project managers and engineers to understand project scope and requirements.
- **Supplier Negotiation**: Work with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
- **Tender Preparation**: Manage the tender process, including documentation, scope of work, and site assessments.
- **Site Visits**: Conduct measurements, takeoffs, and condition evaluations at job sites.
- **Resource Management**: Maintain an updated database of suppliers, contractors, unit costs, and labor rates.
- **Innovation**: Research new materials and methods to improve cost-efficiency and sustainability.
- **Client Interaction**: Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear project estimates and recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction estimating.
- Strong knowledge of construction trades, techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Results-driven and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel to job sites.

Pay: $70,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
