**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Estimator Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the estimation process for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in pricing and project management. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to build comprehensive estimates that align with project specifications and client expectations.

**Duties**
- Coordinate the preparation of detailed cost estimates for construction projects, utilizing software tools such as Bluebeam and HeavyBid.
- Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimating.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to develop comprehensive pricing strategies.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and favorable terms.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, revisions, and related documentation for future reference.
- Assist in the development of project schedules and timelines in conjunction with estimating efforts.
- Provide support during the bidding process by preparing bid packages and ensuring timely submission of proposals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry is preferred.
- Strong background in construction estimating with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and deliver precise estimates.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
