**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage the preparation of project estimates, ensuring all necessary information is gathered and analyzed.
- Utilize Bluebeam for takeoffs and document management to support accurate pricing.
- Collaborate with project managers and other team members to negotiate pricing and build strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and contracts for future reference.
- Assist in the review of bid documents to identify key requirements and scope of work.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout the estimating process.
- Support the continuous improvement of estimating processes by providing feedback and suggestions.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong background in construction estimating, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam for digital takeoffs and document management.
- Familiarity with HeavyBid or similar estimating software is preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable pricing from vendors and subcontractors.
- Ability to build effective relationships with team members, clients, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- construction estimating: 1 year (preferred)
