WebMarketers is a growing digital marketing company with a centrally located, state of the art office in the World Exchange Plaza. We work with a variety of small and medium-sized businesses helping them with lead generation & e-commerce. As a team, we work together to identify and execute on the right strategies that help our clients grow their businesses.
Ideally, you’re a confident and detail-oriented person with a strong work ethic and an ability to work well collaboratively with a team as well as individually. Your role will involve providing general clerical support to team members as needed.
Qualified individuals should possess the following skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the processes of administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Nice to have skills/Experience:
- Experience in marketing / advertising industry environments.
- Previous administrative experience.
- Experience with work management software, our team uses ClickUp
- Experience with CRMs
- Written and spoken French ability
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $20.00 per hour
