**Key Functions**:
As a Condominium Manager Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our licensed Condominium Managers.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Responding to condominium owner inquiries, providing factual information, and managing accounting ledgers.
- Preparing and sending correspondence under the direction of the Condominium Manager.
- Assisting with bylaw enforcement in accordance with the Condominium Property Act and Bylaws.
- Maintaining and updating the employer’s and condominium corporation’s websites.
- Witnessing documents presented to clients and customers.
- Assembling various documents, including information statements, estoppels, and caveats.
- Securing public documents from relevant sources.
- Coordinating key-related tasks, such as copying keys and programming fobs/openers.
- Recording condominium fees and managing client money held in trust.
- Filling in standard form contracts and ordering routine repairs.
- Setting up client files and assisting in Board meeting preparation.
- Opening client common areas on behalf of the Condominium Manager for service providers.
- Distributing marketing materials and conducting general property inspections.

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
