**Duties**
- Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize routes.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues.
- Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving operations.
- Maintain accurate records of all freight transactions using dispatch software.

**Qualifications**
- Proven 1+ year experience in a dispatch role is preferred.
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze data effectively for operational improvements.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of freight operations and supply chain management is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
