Established in 1970, Colonial Countertops brings over 50 years of excellence to the industry. Founded by Roko Kliman three generations ago, we are still family owned and operated today. We pride ourselves on quality, locally fabricating and installing custom countertops for residential and commercial projects alike.

**Position Summary**

This position is responsible for all operational aspects of the branch including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the company’s objectives. Responsibilities include management of the staff and coordination of work flow with other branches.

Branch Manager also provides financial, inventory and vendor management, as well as ensures workplace health and safety.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Oversee day to day operations and make decisions with regards to price matching, job issues and customer service
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Establish and develop positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service and setting an example for other staff
- Address customer satisfaction issues promptly
- Look for growth opportunities within the branch
- Provide personnel management, coaching and supervision of branch staff
- Safeguard company assets
- Coordinate with other branches to share knowledge, plan promotional activities, or achieve goals.
- Ensure a safe work environment and compliance with the company policies
- Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Associated degree and equivalent industry experience required. Bachelors degree preferred.
- Minimum three years of experience in a leadership role
- Ability to meet sales targets
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent sales, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks, delegating when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
