Our Branch Managers are key as they lead and oversee their assigned branch location by ensuring employee satisfaction, growing the business through business development and referrals, and tapping into our corporate culture by instilling our values that we bring to work with excitement each and every day. **A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager** As a Branch Manager, you build, lead, and deploy a top-quality team that collectively achieves goals that align with First Onsite's strategic plan. Under your leadership, your team is known for providing customer service beyond compare. Your regular feedback, ongoing training, and leadership create a culture that makes your branch an "employer of choice" which not only retains your existing, hard-working employees but attracts top talent. You embody our core values, and it inspires both personnel and subcontractors to work efficiently while adhering to established health and safety policies and procedures. You monitor reports and maintain compliant processes every day on various reporting platforms. Not only that, but you produce measurable success in sales activity, achieved targets, and adequate Gross Profit levels. You manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day, making what you do critical to our success. **QUALIFICATIONS** - 5+ years of experience in branch, project, or construction management and/or leadership in the disaster restoration or related industry - Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required - Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred - IICRC certifications are a plus If you are as serious about your work as you are about **enjoying the people you work with**, we want to hear from you **ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?** **Salary**: $100,000.00-$120,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Disability insurance - Employee assistance program - Extended health care - Life insurance - On-site parking - Paid time off - RRSP match - Vision care Flexible Language Requirement: - French not required Work Location: One location
